I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY CERTIFICATES YET

Although we try to make it clear, we understand that some people may think that they receive certificates from us in the mail. That is not the case. Our certificates are print-at-home, and are available in your My Deals account the moment you purchase them. You will also receive an email upon ordering that will have your certificates attached as PDF files that you can save and print.

I CAN’T FIND MY CERTIFICATES

Check your email inbox for an email you received from the email address deals@mydealsfortwayne.com on the day you made your purchase. That email should have your certificates attached as PDF files for you to save and print. These are attachments to the email, not the links in the email itself. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, check your spam folder.

If you still don’t see this email, you can also access any certificates you’ve ever purchased by logging into your My Deals Fort Wayne account. Login to the website using your email and password, then click your name in the upper right corner of the page. You can then click on “Orders” to see all your past purchases.

I CAN’T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD AND I’M LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT

If you don’t remember your password, or just need to reset it, CLICK HERE to go to the “Lost Password” page. This will help confirm your email and let you reset your password.

If you enter the wrong password 5 or more times in a row, your account will be locked for security reasons. This is to prevent hackers from accessing your account. Contact us using the form below and we will reach out about resetting your password for you.

I WANT A REFUND

Due to the agreements we’ve made with the businesses that offer deals with us, we have a strict “NO REFUND” policy, as is stated on all of our deal pages and the certificates themselves. Any discrepancy about the deal offered should be addressed directly with the business offering the deal.
